IrisMAIL

·    Maintain your contact list.

·    Allow creation of SMS distribution lists, using listed contacts.
·    Send messages to individual contacts, or to complete distribution list(s).
·    Mail messages are securely encrypted, so that it can not be viewed by anybody.
·    A contact can be in many distribution lists, without the risk of sending duplicate SMS’s if more than one distribution list is selected.
·     Allow multi-level message scheduling.
·     Multi-user ready, no additional costs per user.

IrisSMS

·      Uses a modem with supplied SIM for sending of messages. For higher volumes, up to 4 modems can be connected.
·     Import messages from a configurable, delimited file.
·     Write results and replies to a similarly configurable, delimited file for inspection.
·     Can be used for integration with other software.
·     Can be used in conjunction with IrisMAIL for the scheduling, sending and/or receiving of messages. In this combination.  

Option 1: Use only IrisMAIL

Advantages:
You only pay for the SMSs, which can be bought in bundles of 500, 1000, or 2000.

What do you need?
Microsoft Outlook must be installed on your PC.An internet account. (does not have to be connected all the time)
An e-mail account. 

Option 2: Use IrisMAIL and IrisSMS

Advantages:
Send your own SMSs from your office/home.
No internet connection required.
No additional software required.
Import files containing SMSs from other applications.

What do you need?
A GPRS modem to send the SMSs. (Can be rented / or purchased from us)
A SIM Card.
A PC with at least one free serial port. 

Option 3: FTP a file directly to us

Advantages:
Integrate SMSs into your application.

What do you need?
Internet access.
A way to generate the files to be sent to us.
